While it's not over the top funny, it has a very ironic humor element to the ending.
At first I thought...she should have ended it as soon as the reader realizes that Desana is a character, but when I read to
the end and realized Brian and Karlie were characters in a bigger play too, I thought it was quite amusing. It's a very subtle
humor that not everyone will get.
